I had a very bad experience with the service. First, it was difficult to communicate since no one speaks English, anyways through google and the translator I could order a pasta, that was very good, and as a second course a ceviche. That definitely was not a ceviche, I even asked the waiter to check if that was the plate that I ordered because it does not looked and tasted like a ceviche. I only tried one bite because I didn’t like it since was much different to all the ceviches I have ever tried. I didn’t eat the dish and all the team of the restaurant and the chef knew it and you don’t offered something else, or at least questioned about it and simply charged the dish like if everything was ok. If you know that your customer is not happy you could do the effort to emend it, specially when the dish is not what it is...

Beautiful setting. However, we were very disappointed. We were hastened to order our meals, of which were 3 orders of the seafood grill. All overcooked, the languostine was basically burnt and stuck tonthe shell, the tuna overcooked as was the rest of the shellfish, and the calamari was chewy (not fresh). Once the meals were served we didnt see the wait stsff until we requested our bill. We were charged for water we never received (2€), then questioned it and had 1€ taken off, by which stage we were over it and didn't bother with the 1€. The wait staff were more interested in those seated outside. Just disappointed. Over priced for a poor meal and...

Ci siamo trovati in questo posto perché avevo visto delle foto pubblicate sui loro profili social e mi sembrava un ambiente rilassante dopo una giornata di lavoro. L’unico bisogno era quello di trascorrere una serata serena con amici. Purtroppo così non è stato. Impreparati, disorganizzati. Avevamo prenotato precisando che con noi c’era una persona che mangia senza glutine e ci avevano assicurato di avere dei primi e dei secondi per lei. Arrivati li abbiamo prima fatto un aperitivo poi ci siamo spostati al tavolo per cenare. Ordiniamo tutti la pizza tranne la senza glutine a cui viene proposto uno spaghetto con le vongole. Dopo poco arriva il cameriere che ci comunica che lo spaghetto non poteva essere fatto (ci voleva almeno un’ora e mezza) e ci propone un risotto che abbiamo rifiutato. Visto che non poteva farsi altrimenti e la nostra amica avrebbe dovuto guardare noi mangiare abbiamo deciso di andare via (precisando che erano già le 22:30 circa). Tutto quello che ci avevano detto al telefono si era ridotto ad un risotto e uno spaghetto con le vongole. Arriva la titolare che ci chiede di restare e dopo tutto il disagio e una serata che doveva essere “rilassante” restiamo. Al conto nemmeno un centesimo in meno. Non è per i soldi, ma forse anche per scusarsi del disagio provato. Pessima esperienza. Prima di aprire un ristorante, cosa importante, ci vorrebbe un minimo di esperienza. Non si improvvisa. Vi auguro di migliorare perché il posto è bello ma il cibo e il servizio valgono...
