Dining at Tre Vele Ristorante Pizzeria Pinseria was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an exceptional meal. The service was attentive yet relaxed, allowing us to fully enjoy our evening.

We started with the fried seafood, which was crisp, golden, and perfectly seasoned—an ideal beginning for seafood lovers. Each bite was light and flavorful, capturing the freshness of the ocean. The highlight of the night was the Turbot with pistachio. This dish was an absolute standout—cooked to perfection, moist and tender, with the pistachio crust adding a beautiful nutty contrast and a touch of elegance.

Their Pinsa is a must-try! With a base that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it carried the toppings beautifully. You can truly taste the quality of ingredients and the care in preparation. Unlike your usual pizza, the pinsa had a lightness that made it incredibly satisfying without being heavy.

To end the evening on a sweet note, we ordered the tiramisu, and it did not disappoint. Creamy, rich, and balanced—just the way a classic tiramisu should be.

Classico ristorante italiano di vecchio stile anni '90. Ci siamo stati una sera perché una nostra amica ci va spesso per pausa pranzo e l'ambiente è un po' da pausa pranzo anche se più elegante per una semplice pausa pranzo.

Per farla breve noi abbiamo mangiato la pizza, ma io in particolare la loro Pinsa che sembra una loro specialità, alla fine discreta al palato, nulla di speciale ma discretamente buona.

Una cosa che ci ha stupito piacevolmente da una parte, è la velocità del servizio che nonostante il locale fosse pieno ci hanno serviti in brevissimo, si vede che essendo organizzati per il mezzogiorno sono attenti nei tempi.

Insomma per mio gusto non è uno dei ristoranti in cui ci tornerei, ma una nota la voglio spendere, ed è relativa proprio al conto più che onesto, specialmente in questo periodo e francamente ci sono stati aumenti spropositati nella maggior parte e in particolare nei ristoranti.

È da sempre il ristorante di pesce sotto casa, un po’ caro e cibo tutto sommato accettabile, di solito.

Te lo fai andar bene solo perché non hai voglia di cucinare e fare chilometri.

Ieri sera abbiamo trovato nel pescato del giorno 50€ x 2 alla mediterranea delle patate di recupero, piatto e cene rovinata per pochi centesimi di euro (le patate riscaldate neppure in mensa)

Il cameriere al quale devo fare i miei complimenti ha capito subito il problema si è scusato ha parlato col cuoco che ha ammesso che erano patate al forno poi ricotte in umido per fare prima: risposta per fare prima usi delle patate sbollentate!!!

Il cameriere ci dà ragione si scusa e ci promette un sconto: in cassa ho lasciato giù 130€ per il rombo un antipasto di pesce è una bottiglia di vino bianco da pochi euro (pecorino).
