The place looks warm and welcoming at first, but then everything changes. The waiters should take some lessons in kindness and work on their communication skills with the clients. After sitting for 10 minutes, the waiter came to take the drink orders. He missed asking 2 people out of 4. After that, he didn´t manage to serve even those 2 people he took the order of. After another 20 minutes, we had to go to the bar personally and remind them to bring us the water. Not to mention that after 30 minutes sitting there we didn´t even get to order the food. Overall this place has potential and could be 5* but must sort its problems. Modern interior, food was nice but service wasn't good which let down my experience. Wrote down the numbers to make it easier to order but still there were mistakes and became awkward and seemed like servers avoided us deliberately. We wanted to pay for individual meals (not all you can eat) but ordered from same pages of menu (explained this to server) but were charged at the more expensive all you can eat price. Should have been around 50 euro...

Poco Onesti, Visitato nell'ora di pranzo il locale è molto carino con tavoli e arredamento caratteristici ben curati, ma il cibo non è dei migliori: ravioli serviti freddi e sushi con avocado ancora acerbo e duro. Forse a causa del fatto che il locale era leggermente affollato il personale non era molto efficiente facendo aspettare tanto quanto mezz'ora solo per ordinare, i piatti poi inizialmente sono arrivati molto lentamente per poi però velocizzarsi verso la fine del servizio. Al momento di pagare arriva il più grosso disagio: un conto molto salato rispetto a quanto previsto, dopo aver chiamato due volte per prenotare ed assicurarsi che il menù "All You Can Eat" ammontasse a 15,90€ a persona si scopre che sono stati addebitati al pagamento, senza nemmeno comunicare in precedenza il totale, un costo di 25€ a persona, costo che non rispecchia nemmeno quello del menù serale di 23€ come riportato nel sito. La scusa offerta è stata quella di aver addebitato piatti fuori dal menu "All You Can Eat" che però non erano stati ordinati e di essere stati fatti accomodare in una sorta di "privè" che non era stato richiesto dal cliente e di cui non era stato informato in precedenza. Tutto sommato un'esperienza passabile per quanto riguarda cibo, ma completamente inappropriata per il resto. Per di più non offrono nemmeno i classici "biscotti della fortuna" che tutti i ristoranti di questo genere nella zona mettono a disposizione alla...
