Little autogrill on the tuscany hart. We come here early in the moorning in late autunn so I can rate this place under a relaxed mood and not under the pressure of summer tourists. Beside the two of us infact there were only a couple of orher people. We had two nice fresh orange juices a couple of industrial but sweet croissants and espresso for about 10 euro. Bathroom and dining areas very dirty. No one is cleaning them. Kept skipping making our burger then made it wrong. Each time we asked when our order would be made the girl got irritated and complained. We waited 20 minutes and people who came in after us got their orders before ours- even though they ordered same thing and more complicated. The food that was correct...

Autogrill in direzione sud con pompe di benzina a marchio Shell (prima Eni) sul raccordo autostradale che collega Firenze a Siena. Mi sono fermato tante volte per fare una breve sosta e da un po’ mi ci fermo ancora più volentieri perché in questo Autogrill trovo un pizzico d’amore in più verso il cliente. Sarà il caso, ma quando mi fermo io trovo quasi sempre una ragazza che mi fa un caffè macchiato da leccarsi i baffi: il latte è una crema, non schiuma! La ragazza usa sempre latte fresco e lo monta al momento, non usa il latte montato di 10 clienti prima. Top anche cappuccio e latte macchiato. Saper fare un buon caffè non è proprio da tutti e purtroppo devo ammettere che la mano e l’esperienza di chi lo fa conta molto. Non posso garantire la stessa qualità per tutto lo staff, anche se dovrebbe essere una “regola” dell’azienda Autogrill far bene il caffè dato che costa 1,40€, anche perché tra il fare un buon caffè e farlo male ci vuole lo stesso tempo quindi tant’è farlo bene subito.
