The restaurant was good, and honored our reservation made 60 days in advance. However, the entire Antinori Vineyard surrounding it seemed to revel in being rude, and acting superior to a customer who spent 1,000 Euros at the restaurant!

When we came to the restaurant, our escort said we had to return since our entire group wasn't at the elevator at the same time. However, our entire group needed more than 1 elevator to go to the restaurant, and they had only 1 elevator! Graceless and charmless.

When we left the restaurant, I stood at the doorway to a room with wine barrels to listen in on a group tour inside. However, once again, the employee couldn't hold back, and rudely said, "May I help you?" I said, I'm just listening in, and she said I had to leave because she was giving a "private tour" to 30 people!

Graceless and charmless - or offensive - you decide!

Then, when I couldn't find the elevator, I asked someone in the area where the elevator was - he said it was only for handicapped people, and did we have any. I said, "Yes, 4." To which he said, "Who are they?" I said, "I'm not going to show you the people, can you just point me to the elevator." Then he saw them, and took us to the elevator - again, Graceless and charmless - or offensive - you decide!

Finally, at the reception to the vineyard, I asked to speak to the General Manager to give feedback, the front desk clerk said, just leave it online. Then, as an afterthought, "I hope it's good." I said, "No, terrible." Still no manager was presented - so I'm forced to provide feedback here.

Graceless and charmless!

The food in the restaurant was just OK, place was beautiful, service...

We were at the restaurant on 2 September and had made a prior reservation with the Winery tour and wine tasting.

The food was good and service in general was fast, polite and friendly. However, we had a strange experience with the person who seemed to be the manager of the restaurant. He made us wait at the counter and showed other guests who arrived after us to their table first. When we were shown to our table, he did not ask us if we want wanted sparkling or still water, something he did for all the other tables. When it came to taking orders, we were also served after tables who had arrived after us. When I tried to get the attention of other staff it was easy but the manager would sometimes look past our table even though I was gesturing to him and only acknowledged us if I spoke directly to him.

We are an Asian couple and while I hesitate to make any claims of racism or discrimination, it really felt like we were not treated with the same level of service as other clients. Again, maybe he was having a busy day and had a lot on his mind but there was a definite stark contrast between the service we received from the manager and the other staff. Thankfully the other staff made our experience good with their attentiveness.

Other than that, food was excellent and fresh, service was friendly and fast and the tour was great and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here after the...

I had the most enchanting dining experience at Rinuccio Restaurant, nestled in the heart of the Tuscan mountains in a picturesque vineyard. This hidden gem is a true culinary delight, offering a unique farm-to-table experience where they serve only what they produce on-site.

From the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant, we were transported to a world of rustic charm and unparalleled beauty. The stunning views of the vineyard and surrounding mountains provided the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable meal.

The food at Rinuccio Restaurant is nothing short of exceptional. Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the freshest ingredients and flavors that can only come from a place as special as this. From the homemade pasta to the locally sourced meats and cheeses, every bite was a celebration of Tuscany's rich culinary heritage.

I must commend the dedicated team at Rinuccio Restaurant for their passion and commitment to creating a dining experience that is second to none. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like honored guests from start to finish.

If you find yourself in Florence, a visit to Rinuccio Restaurant is an absolute must. It is a true culinary oasis in the Tuscan mountains, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you to the entire team at Rinuccio for a five-star dining experience that will forever hold a special place...

Nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, Rinuccio 1180 at Marchesi Antinori offers an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by the beauty of the winery, the setting is nothing short of idyllic. The food was exceptional, with the lamb cutlets standing out as a particular highlight. The wine, as expected from a winery of this caliber, was absolutely fantastic. Each glass was accompanied by a story through the rich history and expertise of Marchesi Antinori by our lovely waitress. The selection was thoughtfully curated to complement the menu perfectly. Our waitress was knowledgeable and delightful, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Her recommendations and insights, and her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home (even if that is back in Australia)! In summary, Rinuccio 1180 is a must-visit. Whether for the stunning views, the incredible food, or the outstanding service, I would recommend this restaurant a thousand times over.

Wow! We have highly anticipated our lunch at Rinuccio on our honeymoon to Italy. My husband loves red and I, white wine. Claudio, the sommelier and waiter, exceeded our standards. The service was incredible and we never had a glass empty. We started with a crisp dry white wine, purchased a bottle of Solaia, and enjoyed teh very sweet but delicious dessert wine. Claudio's knowledge of the wine was exhilarating and eye opening. He taught us not only the how to's but the why's. We learned so much! The food was mouth watering we shared la Donzelle, zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta cheese. Everything was beyond excellent. We moved on to pasta, sharing the duck ragout and eggplant ravioli. The wine was constantly flowing and well attended. We enjoyed the stay and the staff. THANK YOU Claudio!
