Mediocre overpriced food with shocking service. The waiter could not be bothered to explain the menu and acted annoyed when we asked them to explain the menu. He could not wait to just take our order and get on his way. Manner is basically non-existent in this restaurant. We were already at a restaurant with an Italian friend. However, if you speak Italian, think twice. If you don’t, don’t even think about coming here. On another note, we overheard some people who came to this restaurant a few years ago were also shocked by the decline in the quality of both services and food. It turns out this restaurant changed hand a few years ago and explained why there are still so many good reviews...

This place by the seaside is not bad but the devil is in the details. First up, the service was excellent and our wine was delicious. The food could be better though. My wife's spaghetti vongole was too oily, the pasta was sightly undercooked (we like Al dente, it was truly undercooked) and the clams had a lot of sand still left in them. The waiter sold me on the fresh fish which wasn't on the menu and ended up being 35€. It was really quite tasty but again, too oily. The accompanying roasted potatoes were a touch too salty. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and well executed meal on the west Italian coast. The view was incredible, the staff friendly, and the food- above all- excellent and fresh. Upon placing our orders, the server motioned us towards the back of the restaurant and showed us what fish we would be eating (sea bass), also presenting us with available substitutes.
