Forno D'Oro — Restaurant in San Giuliano Terme

The restaurant was busy. We did not make a reservation. We were told no problem that a table would become available shortly and it did. They came to get our order after 15min and brought us the appetizer ( contorno) and water. The pizza we ordered never came. We waited about 40min while we had what was brought. The table next to us , a huge table of at least 20 people got their pizza before us that we were only two. We left the restaurant without eating and the waiter had the audacity to say that we had been sitting there for only 10min and acting all annoyed that we decided to leave. Never...

I will be honest, from the outside we were a bit sceptical, but going inside we immediately changed our minds!!! What an amazing smell! We were greeted by cheerful staff and the most RAPID service I have ever had in my life! The pizza was AMAZING! Before leaving Pisa we will definitely go back for the steak which looks delicious!!! 5 stats is too...

I honestly believe that this is one the best kept secrets around Pisa. It is outside the city and a bit difficult to get to but if you have a car I highly recommend it for the steak. I go here often and it’s delicious. I have never had the pizza but I here it’s is good as well. I will return and have returned I’ve been here more...
