Asahi Zushi — Restaurant in San Giuseppe Jato

Today I had pleasure to eat fantastic dinner with my husband in this gorgeous restaurant. Everything was perfect from entry to our way out - we were blown away with kindness and hospitality of owner and staff. We had the best sushi in our lives even though we were in many restaurants where owners were Japanese but they couldn’t bring Japan to Europe how this chef did. Everything was different and way more better than sushi we used to eat in Warsaw or London. I strongly recommend everyone who is in this area to try amazing sushi from this place. You can feel it’s made with respect to food, its background and finished with Italian touch. You really deserve Michelin Star! This Sushi restaurant is an excellent place to enjoy Sushi. The service is great, the choice of vine is excellent, the menue gives a great variety (creative) of Sushi to choose. The team and more particular the chef trasferrs their passion for Sushi and give you a great time and a delightful dinner. San Giusepe Jato is a 40min. ride from Palermo. Far off from big city hassles you can enjoy excellent Sushi. Me and my husband enjoyed Sushi at a lot of places, although never in Japan. Outstanding sushi dining experience in a small town within the province of Palermo (Sicily). Chef Gian Maria exceeded expectations with knowledge and his personal description of each plate brought to the table. It was simply superb quality fish with high level presentation/plating. Service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, a well chosen ambiance and decor that incorporated a bit of the essential Japanese character with a modern and clean design.
