Metro Bar — Restaurant in San Michele al Tagliamento

We were loyal and mostly satisfied guests at the Metro Bar for 20 years. Unfortunately, our last visit was more than disappointing. The place was very busy and we had to wait a long time for our food. Most of the dishes arrived at some point - 2 did not. When we asked, we initially got a very unfriendly answer from a waitress. After another 30 minutes we asked again and again got a very unfriendly answer. Things can always go wrong, but then you could still get a friendly answer. Would give 3.5 if possible. Good food but not great. We had swordfish, sea bass and tiramisu (the tiramisu was nice). The service was not very good, this is a big restaurant and random waiters passed our table and removed plates before we were finished eating (my plate was removed from me while I had the last piece of food in my hand). Ho avuto il piacere di cenare con la mia famiglia in questo locale,il cibo lo abbiamo trovato ottimo,con il servizio purtroppo abbiamo avuto un'attesa tra la prima e la seconda portata un po lunga,ma appena abbiamo chiesto informazioni alla proprietaria lei si è:primo subito scusata,secondo è andata immediatamente a vedere in cucina cosa fosse successo e al suo ritorno ci ha spiegato che purtroppo la nostra comanda era sfuggita al cuoco e si è scusata ancora,(diciamo che può capitare un imprevisto nelle ordinazioni o comande,ma non è da tutti che la proprietarià venga di persona a scusarsi),noi abbiamo finito la cena che era ottima e pagato il conto,con nostra grande sopresa usciti dal ristorante siamo entrati nella gelateria "al sole"che è di fronte per prendere un gelato ai bimbi e un dessert per noi,al momento di pagare con nostro grandissimo stupore siamo stati raggiunti dalla proprietaria che era la stessa del "metrobar"e per scusarsi ancora ci ha offerto i dessert e i gelati. Io do 5 stelle sul servizio perchè ci possono essere degli imprevisti,ma se si spiega al cliente e ci si scusa io penso che al giorno d'oggi non è una cosa scontata.
