Where to begin, first it is a shame that it endup so badly. Unfortunately the situation was escalated by people in our group as well as the restaurant staff.

One of us has a diet restriction, since her body reacts really bad on fat. Even we asked to prepare the dish with no fat, the potatoes came really greasy. This might happen when there is also a language barrier. However, after pointing to it, they just used napkins to remove oil and bring the dish back. We decided to do not accept that and canceled this one dish, which was accepted in the end and a fair solution.

The story should end there, because bringing the chef to the table and sentences like "it cannot be prepared with no oil", "you should not go to the restaurant" etc. are not acceptable. Evrything was worse then and followed by bad comments on both sides, and I feel sorry for it, even I was not involved in the conflict.

Since I was the last one paying the bill, I know that there was left one beer and panacotta. We asked, whats left there and wanted to find out why, even we were confused about panacotta since there were no desserts ordered. Your employee just said "Its ok, go", we said "Really? Thank you" That was it, so your comment about police in reviews (even they are too cruel) respond is really ridiculous and I must consider them as rude. There were mistakes on both sides so please think how to handle this situation better the next time instead of blaming everyone else and escalating the conflict.

Anyway, I believe normally the restaurant is just fine, food was good, my girlfriend was really happy about tagliatelle with frutti di mare. I would go with 4 stars foe the food, but for the owner behavior I must give...

Sono andato due volte la prima esperienza da 5 stelle e ho mangiato pesce. La seconda volta 2 stelle. il pesce devo dire è preparato bene e sembra anche fresco, inoltre il locale ha un menu abbastanza ricco tra carne pesce e pizze per cui è per tutti i gusti. Ripeto, la prima volta un'esperienza molto positiva tant'è che dopo pochi giorni sono ritornato per andare a colpo sicuro però forse, vuoi perché era sabato e c'era tanta gente, è andato abbastanza tutto a rotoli. Nel nostro tavolo abbiamo ordinato misto fra carne e pesce. Dopo pochi minuti arrivano i camerieri che ci dicono che lo chef gli dice che per la cucina ci vuole almeno un'ora! A quel punto tutti noi decidiamo per la pizza. Dopo pochissimi minuti tornano i camerieri e ci dicono che riescono a evadere gli ordini della cucina entro pochi minuti contrariamente a quanto detto pochissimi minuti prima! Cosa può essere successo in così pochi minuti per cambiare così tanto? A quel punto torniamo a cambiare in quello che avevamo scelto originariamente: una situazione un po' anomala comunque e da cliente sembrava che regnasse il caos nella gestione del locale! Quasi da immaginarsi una scena come la trasmissione "cucine da incubo"! Comunque mi ha dato l'impressione che qualcuno deve aver fatto notare allo chef che passare da un menù di cucina a 5 pizze la differenza in euro e' tanta! ma non è tanto quello il problema: bisogna avere pazienza perché era sabato e certe volte alcuni problemi gestionali possono anche succedere. Chi ha mangiato pesce riferisce di aver mangiato bene invece io e un altro commensale abbiamo ordinato rispettivamente un filetto al sangue ed una tagliata media cottura e sono arrivate rispettivamente un filetto estremamente cotto e una tagliata molto cotta e freddi. In realtà praticamente una carne pessima e dura. lo abbiamo riferito ai camerieri in quale lo hanno riferito di cucina e dalla cucina ci arriva la risposta che non era vero o qualcosa del genere quasi a mettere in dubbio anche davanti all'evidenza visiva. Vabbè non importa, e' lo chef che con un'esternaIone di tale spessore ci ha fatto una figura meschina. Complessivamente, per quanto mi riguarda esperienza da carne da 2 stelle e 1 "forse è meglio che scendi dal piedistallo" allo chef. Sul conto finale ci hanno fatto lo sconto perché la carne non era buona ma io sinceramente preferisco pagare e mangiare bene altrimenti vado a mangiare una bistecca sulla statale a menù fisso. In definitiva le giornate storte capitano ma mi sento di consigliare il locale per il pesce di sicuro ma non come carne per cui do quattro stelle complessive. La pizza non è male. I camerieri sono gentili I prezzi sono giusti. Indubbiamente...

The food came very quickly ?! I wonder if the food is really freshly prepared? The portions are very minimal for the price you pay. Unfortunately, the hunger was not satisfied. The taste of the food consumed could also be better. I don't rate the drinking, you can hardly go wrong with that. Besides the bad experiences, I can say that the pizzas are good. In terms of price anyway.
