Locale molto ben curato e arredato con soluzioni eleganti, ma allo stesso tempo moderne. Di effetto la scena di dividere gli spazi in due "zone", una dedicata agli aperitivi (o alle feste: ho visto gruppi che avevano dei punti riservati a loro) e una zona dedicata alla cena.

Personale gentile e competente, menù ottimo soprattutto per cene a base di pesce e tartufo! Riguardo il pesce, anche se sembra incredibile dato che siamo nell'entroterra, sono rimasto sorpreso dalla qualità dei crudi e del tonno in tagliata! Sono stato qui anche a mangiare il tartufo, ovviamente nel periodo fra ottobre e novembre quando sono reperibili di stagione i tartufi bianchi: San Miniato condivide con Alba il primato per i migliori tartufi bianchi, se non ne approfittate siete dei pazzi (ovvio che dovete essere pronti a spendere un po' di più!).
