The Food came out fast but now I understand why. The Steak I had was raw instead of medium and was still bleeding. The Ravioli was alright but plain and small portion size. The bread was dry so we tried to take the balsamic vinegar from a side table, although the Owner snatched it away saying the "balsamic vinegar is only for salad outside" it was disappointing because it would have made it ten times better. The service was okay the waitress who served us was amazing but the owner was not. The drinks were great but the owner was not helpful. I did not have a good time and I did not eat any dinner. ignore all but the five-star reviews. This slow-food, unpretentious hotel and restaurant is a gem. Book in advance if you can and get an outside table (seats five). Hand-written blackboard menu. we particularly recommend the home-made pasta (all of it) and the casseroled rabbit in capers and tomato. Wauw! We decided to go to the beach in this small town and were so lucky to find this gem. They have a small handwritten menu, consisting of merely local dishes and everything is organic. The food was so good! We had some lake fish (misto fish) to start, and after a pasta and a grilled fish. This might not be the place if you’re looking for a fancy restaurant but if you want to enjoy simple but amazing food in the cutest ally, look no further.
