We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened (around 7:15 PM), so it was quiet with just one other table occupied. We started with the mixed fish antipasto. Unfortunately, although the waiter didn’t seem particularly busy, he simply placed the dish on our table without explaining the components—we had to ask.

We also tried the trio pasta, which was just okay. The ravioli was my favorite—quite salty, but still flavorful. The highlight of the meal was the grilled calamari, which was fresh, full of flavor, and expertly prepared.

Overall, though, we found the food underwhelming compared to other places we visited in Sicily, and the service didn’t impress. The waitstaff seemed much more engaged with Italian-speaking guests, which made us wonder if there was a language barrier. Maybe we just had an off night, but we wouldn’t return...

Okay , so yes I know we are in Sicily and a bad meal is difficult to come by but after eating at Alfredo’s I can honestly say this restaurant is one of the best. I am being completely honest when I say this was one of the best meals I’ve had this week while on vacation in San Vito. I decided to return back to back for a second meal. We were a party of 5 the first night and 7 the second night. We brought more family the second night to experience what we had experienced. I had the pasta with lobster and shrimp and I’ve been dreaming about it ever since. I could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Maybe even for snacks I between meals. The service is impeccable and the wine list extensive. Marianna, Francesco, Salvatore and their staff treated us like family. You will want to visit this hidden gem when visiting San...

This place is quite ok. The atmosphere is cool, it’s in cozy quiet area, they have their own parking, the waiter is nice but to us the food wasn’t that good to justify the price.

We had really high hopes after the appetisers that were tasty and fresh and were served in original manner but also quite expensive 22 euro for that plate.

However the main courses were quite disappointing. Out of there types of pasta we liked only one that was tagliatelle the other two were just simply not tasting nice, it was ground fish mixed with different pasta and herbs. The lobster and shrimp pappardelle had barely any lobster and quite few shrimps. For the whole meal we paid 77 euro that includes 2 glasses of house wine + coperto 3 euro / person

I think that for the price / value...
