Premetto che è la prima x me in questo luogo e subito all'ingresso ci si e' trovati in un atmosfera che richiama i primi anni del novecento. Nella struttura si vede che tutto è stato conservato e ristrutturato cosi come si trovava al suo all'interno, porte e pavimenti sono rimasti intatti. Si possono vedere antiche cucine, sedie, arredamento originale d'epoca, sui tavoli tovaglia e tovagliolo in lino e si pranza utilizzando l'argenteria di famiglia. Particolare attenzione al relax degli ospiti infatti all''interno non ci sono televisori ma solo libri per cui le persone sono predisposte alla conoscenza ed alla chiacchiera. Preso come antipasto un tortino di melanzane ottimo che si scioglieva in bocca. L'eleganza la cortesia e la cordialita' della signorina che ci ha accolto ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Tanto che ci ha fatto visitare la struttura in lungo ed in largo proprio come quando si va a trovare degli amici a casa la domenica a pranzo. I primi che abbiamo preso erano sublimi, delle linguine ai ricci che avevano un qualcosa in più rispetto a quelle prese in altri luoghi. Come secondi un filetto che si scioglieva in bocca ed una frittura mista molto gustosa. Giovanissimo il cuoco e l'aiuto cuoco. Completa il tutto una vasta scelta di vini anche con bottiglie di annate 2006 -2008 di notevole valore. Al primo piano si trovano 2 camere suites di eccezionale bellezza con vasca idromassaggio interna e con piscina esterna sul terrazzo di esclusiva pertinenza. A piano terra altre 3 camere ed una zona massaggi e benessere. Complimenti ai gestori. Certe eccellenze fanno solo bene al salento che risponde alle esigenze di un turismo di qualità e di lusso. One of the most beautiful restaurants that exist. The property has been renovated with great passion. Every single detail is an authentic piece that reflects the overall style. Also es war ein Spontaner Besuch. Ich fand diesen Ort durch die App (The Fork) und ich bin wirklich glücklich Ihn besucht zu haben. Das Serviceteam war außerordentlich freundlich. Als wir ankamen standen wir vor einem geschlossenen Tor das beim klingeln geöffnet wurde somit war uns schon klar hier möchte man dem Gast etwas besonderes bieten.

Die Empfangsdame führte uns erst einmal durch die gesamte Struktur und wir sind ihr dafür mehr als dankbar gewesen, denn dieser Ort hat etwas Magisches von einer anderen Zeit.

Wer ein Modernes kaltes Ambiente sucht ist hier am Falschen Platz.

Ein Haus wie man es nur sehr sehr selten findet mit vielen einzigartigen Details aus längst vergessen Tagen und doch typisch für die Region.

Man könnte meinen man wäre im Garten einer Göttin.

Das Menü etwas höher im Preis, das stimmt.

Allerdings isst man halt auch von Qualität, wem das bewusst ist der gibt auch gerne mal etwas mehr aus.

Im großen und ganzen kann ich nur positiv über das Restaurant so wie über die gesamte Struktur schreiben so wie sprechen.

Definitiv einen Besuch wert.
