absolutely amazing. I showed up right when they opened and they actually invited me back to the kitchen to see them make my pizza!! Most people pay $50+ to have that kind of experience, and they gave it to me out of the kindness of their hearts—not to mention the pizza was phenomenal and you could really taste the love in it. I talked to a few of them and most of the guys aren’t in their late fifties and have been working here for 20+ years. I’ll never forget my experience here, truly a diamond in the rough!! also, I really like that they are transparent on their menu about which items have frozen products (ex. some seafood or french fries). I look for the most authentic item in a restaurant so it was great to know what’s up— most places try to hide that kind of stuff. 10/10 recommend, good prices too.

We stopped here for pizza when we were staying nearby but had limited time as we needed to get the last bus back up the hill to our B&B. The staff were quick to serve us and gave us a box to take the rest with us to finish later. The pizzas were both delicious - the diavola was as good as we expected but I had the norvegese which was a white pizza with cream, smoked salmon and pistachios. It was amazing and I'd never had anything like it before! Portion sizes were big and the price was SO reasonable, we were pleasantly surprised as we expected less given the other pizzerias nearby are more expensive. We couldn't fault either pizza at all!

This was unfortunately not a good experience. The lasagne had good flavor, but must have been made at least a day before and re-heated as it was burning hot some places and cold others. The salad was extremely plain and quite dry (somehow). The bread was sliced yesterday and served today (dry on each side of each slice). The service was entirely lacking and even if there was only one other table, The Simpsons was playing in the background and the people working seem bothered we were there. Furthermore, we paid €47.50 for two cokes, one water, one lasagne, one salad and one fries. I think that’s a bit much given the quality.

Visited this place twice (reluctantly); still don't recommend. Expensive with random (undeclared) surcharges 'Copertos' and 'Servizios' appearing on the receipt at the end; sneaky.

We are a young English speaking couple and felt really foreign and uncomfortable. Admittedly, the food was nice and 1 of the 3 waiters was lovely. Everything else was a shambles.

The place is far too warm, the waiters are stressed, inefficient and rude (after an HOUR of waiting for our main course plates to be collected, I went to find a waiter to ask about pudding options. He told me dismissively to get my own menu that was right next to him, after I had watched him get a woman her pudding from a fridge only a minute before.) My partner was ogled by a waiter upon arrival - very unsubtly. No apology offered for delayed service.

Disappointing and only returned a second time as at least the...

So we decided on this place because it felt a little like a down home Italian meal. Nothing too fancy just good food. Service was ok and honestly if I factored on food into my rating it would have gotten like 4.5 stars. We had steamed black pepper mussels, calamari, rice balls, margarita pizza, and Steak.. Everything was worth the wait but honestly I didn’t enjoy it in the way that I wanted. We had to ask for olive oil with the bread but if your server was going by your table ever so often you really don’t get a chance to ask as well as request wine with you food. In a way I felt looked down on vs the other tables in that old school Italian way, like hurry up and eat and get out. After all we are a mixed American family with two kids 12 yrs and 9 yrs old boys, so who knows what they were thinking... Either we did get a true slice of true...
