From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the incredible staff wrapped around us like an old friend. There’s a genuine magic in how they care for you — intuitive, joyful, personal. They remember your name, your drink, your smile — and it makes the whole experience feel intimate and unforgettable.

Me and my Mom had an amazing time at the Sky View Bar.

The hostess Michelle and our server Dominico are very friendly. They have Excellent Hospitality!

The restaurant is on a rooftop of a hotel and we had trouble finding parking because we were not staying at the hotel. So we pulled over to talk to the front desk and they let us know that we are able to park in the hotel parking lot through the gate. They let us in.

I think they felt bad that we had trouble finding parking and because of that we got a complimentary appetizer plate with meats and cheeses and bread and dip from the chef that wasn't even listed on the menu! And after eating that we really felt welcomed. 😂

They had a DJ on the rooftop that was playing great music all night. Chill techno and House music that goes great with the vibe.

We ate at a lot of restaurants at Sorrento and I have to say that this particular place made us feel the most welcomed and they were the most friendly people we met. Good job to the staff there all around! Excellent customer service.

The pricing of the restaurant was not shown on Google maps or anywhere so I did not know what I was getting myself into but you could tell when you got there that this is a classy 5 star hotel so bring some money. But the food and the vibe was worth it I have no complaints.
