Abbiamo scelto il percorso tartufo composto da 4 portate: tartare, tagliolino, uovo e gelato. Purtroppo i piatti sono arrivati con tartufo (praticamente appassito) dierettamente dalla cucina. Il tartufo non è mai stato mostrato nè grattato davanti ai commensali. Intervallo tra i piatti praticamente assente: Abbiamo mangiato il dessert circa 1 minuto dopo l’uovo. Non ci sono state proposte (ovviamente a pagamento) alcune grattate extra di tartufo né formaggi né visita in cantina tantomeno amari di nessun tipo. L’impressione è stata quella che la struttura avesse fretta di chiudere. Assolutamente non il linea al livello...
