The owner and the cashier literally spoiled our appetite for an order of 100€. They DONT SPEAK basic ENGLISH and does not accept any customer issues. Except the taste ! there is nothing...

Carne fantastica, complimenti allo chef. Purtroppo il resto dell'esperienza è stata terribile. Sarebbe troppo facile attaccare la cameriera per la sua svogliatezza e per il suo pressappochismo: appoggiava indelicatamente TUTTO nella stessa parte del tavolo lasciando a noi il compito di riorganizzare bevande e portate, non ha saputo aprire la bottiglia di bollicine correttamente e ha lasciato la piastra rovente vuota per ultima su un tavolino strapieno vicino al volto di una commensale che non ha potuto fare altro che scappare. Quello che mi ha colpito più negativamente è stata la cassiera/proprietaria che ha difeso a spada una dipendente mal preparata. Se manca la capacità di migliorarsi non esistono critiche...
