KOKO Sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Sassari

The quality of the food and experience is definitely better than Yumi Sushi. However, it is slightly more expensive and we felt deceived as the desserts were included in the physical menu with all other dishes (beverages were not on the physical menu) and only later we realized that they are charged additionally and we had to pay an extra 14€ for desserts we ordered, thinking they were part of the all-you-can-eat deal. It was clear from the start that beverages were not included.

The menu on the tablet for ordering was slightly disorganized, as we could not easily find some dishes under the given categories like on the physical menu. We suggest to have the dishes simply arranged by numbers so it’s easier for customers to...

We went with 12 people and thought of having a nice evening. The weidress even gave us the advice to order with one phone so we all would get our food together. But that's where the nice evening ended. Every single plate took at least 20 minutes to come. Half of the order they even forgot. Someone of us had to wait literally 2 hours till her food arrived. We didn't eat together we had to share our orders to eat something atleast. After we complained they were finally able to bring some plates together and the owner or manager (i don't know who he was) apologized atleast but it still left a bad impression and next time we try...

Grandissimo cafone il proprietario! O chi lo gestisce per lui..... Premetto che mia sorella va da loro 2 volte la settimana, io mai stata. Ci teneva tanto portarci a mangiare li, ne parlava sempre con entusiasmo di questo posto. Oggi 23 settembre decidiamo di andare, mia sorella mio marito, mio figlio, io... Chiamiamo per prenotare. Premetto che mio figlio di 10 anni è allergico al pesce in modo molto grave, addirittura non può mangiare niente che possa essere stato contaminato in qualche modo da esso quindi quando andiamo fuori a mangiare lui mangia prima di andare ma naturalmente quando prenoto specifico sempre che il bambino non mangia e pago solo il coperto con bibita. Prenotiamo e specifichiamo la cosa e ci viene risposto che non c'è nessun tipo di problema. Ore 12:30 arriviamo, ci fanno accomodare e ci portano il menù. Al momento della consegna Dell ordine una cameriera mortificata ci dice che anche se il bambino non mangia deve lo stesso pagare 16,90 perché è seduto su una sedia di loro proprietà !!!! Quindi o mangia qualcosa o aspetta fuori!!!!!! MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO! !! Non esiste coperto con bibita.. Dovrei pagare per intero. Mi alzo vado dal proprietario o chi per lui e chiedo spiegazioni riccordandogli che al momento della prenotazione mi era stato detto che non c'erano problemi e addirittura nella loro agenda c'era specificato..... Sapete come è andata a finire?.. Nessuno aveva preso quella prenotazione, nessuno ne sapeva ne te, la penna ha scritto da sola!!! Siamo andati via immediatamente!!! Siamo andati sa Sakura... Dove non hanno neanche battuto ciglio... Abbiamo mangiato benissimo!...
