The waiter helped us choose the red wine and traditional dishes like a duet of fungi ricotta ravioli and another traditional red pepperoni cruschi - so so unique to me an Australian discovering the subtleties of the region … Next the lamb, the veal & the side greens and salads all pulled together beautifully ! We got offered specialities from the region and a local red wine. I would highly recommend the ravioli ricotto with mushrooms and the "pepperoni cruschi". The lamb and the veal were cooked to perfection. We received shots of limoncello "on the house" at the end of the meal also. From the terrace we were able to watch the sunset over Satriano.
