This is the best pizza Margherita I've ever tried. It was truly a culinary masterpiece that embodies simplicity and quality. As it should be, the crust was thin and crisp. The dough was hand-stretched to achieve the perfect thickness and texture.

The toppings were excellent and fresh. The tomato sauce was tasty and it felt like it was made earlier in the day with fresh local tomatoes grown somewhere in the rich volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius. It was perfectly spread allowing the flavor of the dough to come through. Fresh mozzarella di bufala melted into creamy pools of cheese with a few leaves of fresh basil that added perfect aromatic freshness. The pizza was perfectly baked with the crust beautifully charred and blistered. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some secret hard cheese enhanced the flavors to the extremes. This was the perfect pizza Margherita with a fantastic taste, tradition, and simplicity.

I am Greek and I visited with my Brazilian girlfriend a month ago (our food standards are very high) and this was by far the best pizza and arancini in the whole of Italy (and world).
