The Florence Gate — Restaurant in Scandicci

BE AWARE FROM RUDE AND CUNNING CASHIER SERVER LADIES Today I met two of the meanest, rude, disrespectful, evil & illmanured insulting two girls one fat huge girl with piercing on lips and other one blond light coloured lady with glassesat the coffee shop at Villa Costanza Florence Bus Terminal that I never ever experienced such hate and racism in such hospitality business. We took two cheese sandwiches a Butter croissant and two cappuccino. The sandwiches were not fresh and cold so we requested to warmup in oven but she refused and put those in microwave for two minutes so that sandwiches get bubble hot and get ruined. And the other one threw the food towards us in such impolite way like if throwing food before animals.. When their behavior was complaint their impolite words in allien language were so frustrating that we thought we should call the police but since our Bus was about to depart at 11:05 AM for Venice so we did not had a chance to report. In a bad mood we left our lunch there didn't took back our money and left that cafe. I dont understand why such criminal minded, disrespectful, ill manure, vulgar, insolvent staff is allowed to work in public dealing bussinesses and how such people get job in this type...

I came with my friend & we placed an order for a sandwich. What we wanted was made of bread + cheese + lettuce + ham. The waitress gave us a dried Sandwich with dry &very strong cheese and without lettuce.

We politely said there is no lettuce inside and she told us it is like that. And after we insisted she took the bread from us and put in some lettuce with the dry cheese. We told her but we cannot eat this dry cheese and she said we touched it what we hadn't yet done because the Sandwich was still in the paper.

The next thing she did was put the bread with the lettuce in the microwave. We asked her immediately but why do you put the lettuce in the microwave? how can we eat hot lettuce and she told us it is so and she is not changing anything nor giving us back our Money. Shocked by the response we told her we do not need it anymore and we went on very very unsatisfied while with her colleague she tried to scold on us .

The place itself is very nice and quite posh, coffees and food very good, but the staff and the till management have not a good customer service at all!

First of all when you need a little break and a rest along the way it’s not nice stay at your table surrounded by shouting staff who talks about their private life.

Then, I was waiting the turn to pay in a queue and a lovely lady just skipped in front of me, rudely, and the manager at the till didn’t say a word and let her to pay. This is not nice, queue management totally incompetent.

At the desk when collecting the coffees, one of the staff were really rude when I reminded him that I asked for 2 coffees instead of one.

All in one single time... what else? Really expensive, everything! Perhaps cause they are the only bar in...
