"My recent visit 13 jun 2023 to Masala Cucina Indiana left me deeply dissatisfied due to the rude behavior exhibited by both the owner come waiter. It was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, the owner's dismissive attitude was evident. They seemed more interested in their personal conversations than in greeting and seating guests. Their lack of professionalism set a negative tone for the entire dining experience.

The waiter assigned to my table was equally impolite. They appeared visibly annoyed by simple requests and displayed a complete disregard for providing attentive service. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by serving me, rather than understanding the importance of customer satisfaction.

Moreover, the food itself was subpar. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly executed, failing to meet even the most basic culinary expectations. It was evident that the kitchen staff was not invested in delivering a memorable dining experience.

The overall ambiance of the restaurant was also underwhelming. The atmosphere felt stale and uninspiring, which only amplified the negative encounter with the owner and waiter. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to create a welcoming environment for its customers.

Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Masala Cucina Indiana to anyone. The combination of rude staff, lackluster food, and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction make this establishment one to avoid. While I was in Florence for several weeks I felt like a change of food. In the UK we have some of the finest Indian restaurants especially in West London! I am a big fan of home cooked Indian food BUT Masala Cucina is right up there with the best of them in my opinion. I wanted to try as many dishes as possible as I was recommend here: To start with the Virgin Mojito really wet my appitite. It was made well, not too sweet, cold and just the right balance of mint and lime. I really like Alu Chat and here the potato's were beautifully cooked. I really enjoyed the Masala crazy bowl. What a great idea!! The Papadums were extremely fresh and crispy (we ordered 2 more portions!). As for the chicken wings, they were amazingly spiced and super tender. My favourite dessert I was happy to see is Gulab Jamun. For me they were the star dish. Absolutely floorless. The decor, ambiance and service was second to none and I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was extremely humble and welcoming. I strongly would recommend anyone to eat here when in Florence......

It's really a V V V V Good Restaurant in all my SOTC Europ Tour 2024 . It's owner is really a great person . All others Restaurant serve food in Buffet style . But this restaurant serve every item on each tabel . That's really a great thing . Either he knows very well this type service he loses financially but he don't care nd provide us good food with good atmosphere .

He really capable for seven Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .
