I recently had the unparalleled pleasure of dining at QUINDICICURVE Pizzeria less than 10min from the Mugello Circuit, accompanied by my wife and sister-in-law, and the experience was nothing short of culinary poetry!
The pizzeria crafts pizzas that are a symphony of flavors, characterized by their sublime Napolitana style crust and a harmonious blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Carbonara pizza was a delicious adventure, a wonderful innovation that brought an exquisite twist to the traditional flavors we love, and the Margherita was simply the epitome of perfection, easily the best I've ever had the delight to savor.
The service at QUINDICICURVE was swift and incredibly amiable, with the staff showering us with warm, Italian hospitality and offering marvelous suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. Each bite was a reflection of the meticulous care and passion poured into creating pizza masterpieces, leaving us enamored with the rich, authentic taste of Italy.
I wholeheartedly recommend QUINDICICURVE Pizzeria to anyone in search of the authentic Italian pizza experience in Florence region and close to the Mugello Circuit. Whether you are a lover of classic flavors or enjoy a gourmet twist to your pizza, this place promises a gastronomical journey that will linger in your senses, making every moment spent here a cherished memory. Grazie mille, QUINDICICURVE, for a splendid evening of...
Read moreAte here a few weeks ago with two others and I cannot recommend it more. The pizzas were excellent and ingredients felt fresh. Furthermore we found our portions to be quite abundant. Price range is reasonable for high quality pizzas with I’d say a 13€ average per dish which in Tuscany has become the norm. The place offered also “gourmet” pizzas with some creative and delicious combinations. The pizzeria isn’t a very big one but the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The theme was centered around F1 as you can probably figure out from the name. If you are un the area and unsure where to go, do yourself a favor...
