The bistro is located close to the city center. Not too easy to identify but a board outside a easy to find it. The ambience is really cool. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly. Dopo una mattinata trascorsa tra le attività del Festival della Scienza Alto Vicentino (FESAV), e con altre attività in programma per il pomeriggio, abbiamo scelto di pranzare al Bistro Schio, come deciso la sera precedente. Arrivati al parcheggio, abbiamo chiesto di poter prenotare un tavolo e, nonostante il locale fosse ancora chiuso, ci hanno aperto la porta con cortesia e confermato la disponibilità. Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno fatti accomodare e hanno preso le ordinazioni. Il personale si è dimostrato particolarmente attento alle esigenze della nostra bambina, che ha delle intolleranze alimentari, assicurandosi che potesse gustare il pranzo in tutta sicurezza. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, ordinando un’ampia varietà di piatti: tagliata, baccalà, bigoli all'anatra, un antipasto di mare e tortelli. Per concludere, due tiramisù fatti in casa che sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta di un’ottima esperienza. Unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il lavandino del bagno, che perdeva acqua sul pavimento, ma non ha minimamente influenzato la nostra esperienza.
