Mezzometro Senigallia — Restaurant in Senigallia

It's ok. I like their concept of half meter pizza size, but in reality, it is not that good. We ordered 1 meter pizza size, and you can choose 4 types of pizza. It's coming 2 half meter pizzas , on one, it was 2 different types of pizza on the other 2 more. Because you have 2 different types of ingredients on one side of pizza dough and different on the other, you get half pizza burned and the other side well cooked. Pizza overall was ok, with good quality ingredients, but it was pretty burned. I mean, I mean burned crust and burned on the bottom. At first I thought that maybe that's happened because of the big size of pizza and its difficult to cook, but I saw that the small pizzas that they bring to other tables look the same burned, especially crust, probably that's how they make it for everyone. We also have to wait a pretty long time until we get our order,and the place wasn't even half full . They have some other types of food, not only pizza, but I didn't try them. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is good, but it can be better, food is pretty mediocre . It's a good place to go with friends , to have fun and chill but if you're looking only for interesting, delicious food,...

Esperienza pessima. Siamo arrivati in orario e abbiamo ordinato due cose praticamente, pizza patatine ed acqua, e la cameriera ci ha confermato l'ordine. poi Venti minuti dopo arriva la mia pizza ...chiediamo poi tranquillamente l'altra pizza e le patatine....ma magia tutto scomparso!!! Niente in arrivo. Riprendono/ritrovano l'ordinazione e dopo un ora e un quarto arriva quella della mia morosa. La mia ovviamente era già da tempo fredda. Nel frattempo abbiamo assistito ad altri due errori al tavolo di fianco, ordine sbagliato pizza arrivata diversa e addirittura dopo che stavano prendendo la moretta e quasi andavano via arrivava un'altra pizza per loro... veramente assurdo! Nel frattempo persone che erano arrivate dopo di noi mangiavano e addirittura andavano via e noi dovevamo ancora iniziare.

Ovviamente in queste occasioni bisogna andare via e non pagare..invece a noi hanno detto di toglierci addirittura dal tavolo perché dovevano far sedere altra gente e ci hanno consegnato lo scontrino e non hanno tolto nemmeno un 1€ rinfacciando di aver fatto già lo sconto dato che un cameriere visivamente in difficoltà per la situazione che ha visto ci ha gentilmente offerto un digestivo, che non può pareggiare minimamente con la cattiva organizzazione del posto.

We love eating at Mezzometro. We've tried most of their dishes, from starters to main courses and pizza. Their Gluten Free pizza is probably the best I've ever eaten. It's light and tasty. I would only add lactose free cheese to the menu considering that nowadays many are intolerant to lactose. Pets are welcome too so this is a bonus for us :)
