Let's start with the one hour wait for our pizza's.... Whilst I fully understand that when a restaurant is busy, the waiting times may be longer, but a well run restaurant will inform their customers that the wait may be lengthy. Also, its quite extraordinary that takeaway orders be served before the seated guests.

Secondly, the waiters and staff were dismissive and rude. When I inquired whether our pizza's had been forgotten, I was told they were actually in the oven. This was clearly a lie as we had to wait a further 25 mins. The shoulder shrugs were a clear message that they don't care.

Lastly the bill seems to have been 'rounded up'. We paid €40 for two pizzas (€12 and €14 respectively) and a bottle of water and a small beer.

On the plus side the atmosphere was pretty lively, and the pizza's were large and tasty. It doesn't in my mind make up for the rubbish service - hence the low rating. In an area with many, many pizzeria's I am sure that there are...

We stopped by on our way to the Lake and I have to say I’m very happy we did. Very nice location, full of plants, looks like a garden. Lovely young staff, I think it was husband and wife making the pizzas, we waited a little bit but that’s because it was full of customers! Very big pizzas, with quality products. Me and my wife got a burrata and the vegan one, so big we couldn’t even finish them, so we packed the rest and took it home because it was too good. My son is gluten intolerant and he loved the gluten free pizza, very soft and a bit smaller so it was perfect for him. The price to me was very honest since we left very happy and full. Hopefully we can go back again, maybe next time we come...

Cibo mai arrivato, attesa infinita, maleducazione e servizio imbarazzante. Cercate una pizzeria degna di questo nome. Pure la faccia tosta di rispondere alla recensione negativa, attaccando i clienti trattati in un modo indecente. Veramente per dovere di cronaca il tavolo vicino era esterrefatto dal trattamento che avevamo ricevuto e dalla maleducazione della cameriera che ci ha risposto in malo modo e trattandoci con sufficienza ed indifferenza. Oltre che riprendere il personale per il malo modo di lavorare dovreste anche fare dei corsi di educazione. Non siamo arrivati assolutamente per ultimi, il tavolo non era l'ultimo anzi, la sala esterna era quasi vuota con 3/4 tavoli occupati. Gli ultimi arrivati, due persone (probabilmente vostri amici) arrivati dopo di noi, fatti accomodare prima di noi in un tavolo vicino, sono stati serviti prima e sono andati via 15/20 minuti prima delle nostre rimostranze. Ed altre persone sono giunte dopo di noi e si sono accomadate nella sala interna.Per non parlare dell'asporto con persone che arrivavano ed uscivano con innumerevoli pizze. Sarebbe bello garantire un efficiente servizio d'asporto ma anche far mangiare i commensali accomodati ai tavoli. E comunque siamo arrivati alle ore 20.15 e siamo andati via senza mangiare alle ore 21.25. Fate voi le valutazioni del caso, 2 pizze Marinara, una Margherita ed una Pugliese... Per quanto riguarda il pagamento di quanto consumato, credo che un pó d'acqua e nemmeno mezza birra siano dalla sua attività dovuti ed offerti, in segno di una richiesta di scuse che appare quanto meno necessaria. Non mi era mai capitato nulla del genere, portare via dei bimbi in lacrime perché desiderosi di mangiare una pizza...
