I Due Gabbiani Beach RIVA TRIGOSO — Restaurant in Sestri Levante

One of my favourite pizzeria - ristorante in Riva Trigoso, I Due Gabbiani Beach.is located at literally 1-minute-walk from the beach, and is colourful, informal, tasty. Try anything from entries (I would suggest anchovies breaded and fried or some fresh carpaccio, or tuna tartare), to first dishes (trofie with pesto sauce are so.simple and so excellent) to second courses (the mixed fried seafood, fritto misto del Golfo) and you will be delighted. No need to spend much money with expensive bottles: the house wine is perfect (I like the sparkling white, half-liter at a time to keep it fresh). Also, remember to take a look at daily specials, you might find something unexpected. Their pizza is also very good: so light and with so many variations (do try the Pizza genovese, with cheese and pesto sauce). Prices are affordable and personnel always kind. Well I read a lot about this restaurant.And we visit it. The service is totally amateur ..people that run but doing nothing right... After I eat even a put the knife and the fork on plate no one com to take it... The kitchen....I order black Angus.... but it wase not a real black Angus....they didn't cut and clean good the meat...about the falf of my portion wase so bad....couldn't eat it... They charge 2.5 € for 1/2l home made sparkling water...Terrible...

And the best ...I dont understand why in Italy som rest charge 1.5€ per pers for a peace of paper that they puts on table instead for tabelsheet...and on meny they dont advise nothing.this is...

Food was okay but nothing special. Maybe other pizzas are good and should be given a chance but the staff is not very friendly. There are other options in town where you don’t have to deal with staff that doesn’t want to be there and makes the visitors feel like they’re not welcome. As soon as we’re done with plates/drinks they were taken away, creating a very rushed experience. They’re booked and busy but if a table is reserved it’ll be occupied for a certain amount of time.
