I went there from my client’s suggestion to have breakfast, went there around 7:30am and let’s say is the best time because they still got all the choices of their own made brioches and croissants, so many flavours I can’t list them all. I bought and eat 3 on the spot with a delicious cappuccino extremely well made. I only didn’t like the general attitude of the staff, all black dressed (looking like a funeral to me) everyone so stiff and serious, I never saw anyone smiling even a little to any of the customers there. Everything so squared positioned, very bad design taste but hey… the most important is what you eat and drink there, and that was fabolous! So my only tip for you is to improve your smile (as an hospitality manager myself this is the n.1 most important rule in this industry), dress with lighter colours, such as white shirts (not all black) and keep up those delicious breakfasts of...

It was an amazing experience. Food are great and staffs are kind too. We’ve been taking ate breakfast here since then specially when we’re on day off. We’re not in the zone but we came here because of the great cappuccino and coffee and also for kind staff. Purtroppo do una stella a seguito di una brutta esperienza, circa 2 mesi prenotiamo per una festa di compleanno per 18 persone. Premetto che prima di prenotare abbiamo chiesto tutte le informazioni del caso, compreso orario per sistemazione palloncini e la possibilità di portare una torta da "fuori" nonostante loro siano una pasticceria. Dopo rassicurazione del caso sul permesso di poterci procurare la torta per conto nostro, prenotiamo per il giorno 18 novembre alle ore 18, ci viene detto che dalle 15 sarebbe stato possibile recarci a sistemare palloncini ed eventuali cose. Arriviamo sul posto, "eh ma alle 15 è troppo presto", " eh ma noi siamo una pasticceria, impossibile che vi abbiamo detto di portare la torta da fuori". Il taglio della torta ve lo facciamo pagare 10 euro a persona, essendo in 18, 180 euro per tagliare la torta, mi sembra un grande dispetto solo perché abbiamo preferito prenderla altrove e non da loro. 2 sono le cose che non tollero, una è essere preso in giro, la seconda è passare per bugiardo.
