Autogrill Scaligera Nord — Restaurant in Soave

The lady (with roots from a continent south west of Europe..) from upstairs restaurant payment treat me with disrespect, gives the receipt no smile no Thank you after I say thank you.. no coffee upstairs (what restaurant has no coffee?) only downstairs i found coffee.. upstairs again No ice nothing.. go again downstairs for ice.. omg…??? prices also spicy. I came here because of an accident and didn’t wanted to wait, but never again. Also exit is like IKeA u have to walk around all store to get out, huh? The man in his 50’s working there shouted at us : exit not here, go around, embarrassing us 🤑🤑 I DONT RECOMMEND...

I ordered nothing. Quite the show inside. Walked away without getting any food.

This is The way it works inside.

You come in, go in line to see what you want, and remember the names of it all.

Go to the counter and name all the stuff you want, pay for it, then you get a receipt.

Now you go back to the food counter, wait in line again, and hand over the receipt and wait for your food, along with all the people who wants to see what they wanna eat and others waiting for.

This is apparently the way you do it in Austria, but man it creates way to many lines where nothing is happening. I...

PESSIMO! La peggior esperienza in autogrill possa mai aver avuto. Partiamo dalla cassa per fare lo scontrino. 1 toast 1 ginseng 1 caffè 1 cappuccino richiesto senza lattosio ma avevano solo soia o riso. Mi viene chiesto insistemente se volessi anche un biglietto della lotteria e dico no...che tanto mio papà è camionista e li prende lui dove capita...mi viene risposto che mio padre non capita di certo in quella zona....hahahhah....mah....chissà perché me lo ha detto,ma la deludo dicendole che mio padre ci passa tutte le settimane in quel autogrill. Ordino il toast che onestamente in 3 minuti mi viene servito....il peggio è arrivato dopo. In 6 dietro al banco con 2/3 macchine del caffè da 3 gruppi.L'attesa è stata infinita...non ne venivano fuori a fare 10 persone al banco.Ho ripetuto 4 volte che il cappuccino doveva essere di soia e lo hanno fatto di riso,e paradosso mi viene anche detto che il latte di riso lo avevano aperto per me....ma io non lo ho richiesto,a tal punto spazientita ripetere lo volevamo di soia.Una brioches alla marmellata che onestamente era forse troppo cotta e si sbriciolava.Mezz'ora per una colazione per l'incompetenza del personale e aggiungo maleducato nel porsi.Facciamo il giro per uscire e prendo un gioco per mia figlia quindi mi sono ritrovata di nuovo in cassa.Davanti a me non avevo nessuno ma le cassiere continuavano a dare precedenza a chi arrivava dall'entrata.Quindi anche chi arrivava dopo facevano il conto. Spazientita chiedo se potesse farmi il conto che avevo un po di fretta....e mi viene risposto che se si ha fretta non ci si ferma! Bhe! Dopo 1 ora in autogrill per bere 2 caffè e per pagare....non è accettabile! ahhh dimenticavo. 1 toast 1 cappuccino 1 caffè 1 ginseng 1 brioches 17...
