Trattoria Quattro Piantoni — Restaurant in Sorisole

Delicious dishes full of different tastes combined perfectly. When a restaurant has a short menu you know that the quality is high. And that is exactly the story of this Trattoria. The waiters super polite, always ready to serve and help, the owner always there to welcome the guests and guarantee the quality; very easy going and communicative. The restaurant very clean and the tables distant enough from each other that gives the sensation of privacy, factor that we do not find often since the modern goal is more tables possible per square metre. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the view outside because of bad weather, but we will return for that, and not only, as we have to taste all the dishes. Probably the best restaurant experience I’ve had in Europe so far. Amazing place, close to town but at the same in the middle of nature, like a countryside house. The restaurant is surrounded by big and beautiful windows overlooking the nature/trees around, or you can sit by the balcony and enjoy some fresh air by the tree’s shade. Premetto che per trovarlo bisogna conoscere il posto altrimenti non ci lo troveresti di sicuro essendo un luogo poco rinomato ☺️ Detto questo il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso ottimo per rilassarsi lontano dall'afa milanese. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Eravamo in 2 e abbiamo condiviso un antipasto di pesce crudo eccellente. Abbiamo preso solo un primo (ravioli) buoni nulla di che. 2 secondi, una ricciola buona e un fritto di crostacei rovinato dal gusto della salsa, a mio parere, un piatto rovinato! Si è costretti a mangiare insieme ai crostacei fritti la salsa e l'avocado (che non c'entrano nulla!)poiché sono appoggiati sulla salsa ed è inevitabile non mangiarla...La cena si è conclusa col dolce atteso oltre mezz'ora...un misto di frutti di bosco col gelato e un biscotto con frutti di bosco, evidentemente sono andati a raccogliere i frutti di bosco uno ad uno...e pagare un biscotto (lo vedete in foto) 9€ è veramente scandaloso! Una bottiglia d'acqua naturale, un quarto di vino bianco della casa, un caffè e una grappa moscata 150€. Un'ultima considerazione, in quasi tutti i piatti c'è una chiara contaminazione ai prodotti del Sud America (avocado, chorizo, tacos,guacamole)anche la soia...Ma perché? Rovinano i gusto della nostra cucina... In più ero seduta sotto il condizionatore e mi è venuto mal di testa (c'era la terrazza con i tavoli e le porte finestre aperte per servire questi ultimi ed evidentemente l'aria condizionata doveva essere più alta, non lo so).
