Tamo Ristorante — Restaurant in Spoltore

We had the chef's choice menu, which was really great, though not excellent. But for the price still absolutely recommended! The ambience is quite nice for sure, if you are a couple and are sitting in a corner of the small dining room. We were a party of three and were sitting more or less in the middle of everything, which was quite uncomfortable since the lady in the service had a very rough style of doing her work, which is leading me to the most disappointing element of this whole dining experience. I'm a restaurant manager myself and have been to many high class restaurants of this level or more and I have never experienced a worse and more disinterested service ever. To start we had a bottle of Spumante, which was finished after the second of six courses. The expectation would be to be asked if we would like another one or at least another look in the wine menu. Nothing. Without any words the bottle was emptied. When my partner asked for the wine menu as soon as we were finished with our glasses, she more or less threw it on the table, how I would not expect it in a pub. Also in six courses there was no "buon appetito", no "enjoy your meal", no "how was it", no "how do you like it", no "did you enjoy it", nothing any similar to these. Only a very cold, disinterested and dull explanation of the really nice food we had on our plates. Unfortunately the list of things would go on and on and on. All in all, the service really ruined what could have been a really nice...

To start with the positive, compliments to the chef and the choice of wine. However not all of the ingredients I agreed with (I am not a picky eater in general). The biggest issue I had however was with the service, our servers made mistakes on explaining the wine and plates served. They did not seem very enthused or knowledgeable in their position. When it was obvious that I was unable to eat the "animelle" they did not offer me something else nor did they seem to care that I was uncomfortable with the food. We ended up paying anyways full price for the meal. For the price you pay, the experience for me and my partner was way below our expectations,...

Che dire ....devo revisionare la mia recensione passando da 5 a 4 atelle Totali pur rimanenti le 5 stelle per l'ambiente e la qualità del cibo che è Sempre al Top ....trovo peggiorato il servizio purtroppo in generale ed è un peccato , perché dovrebbe essere il punto di forza di un Ristorante di questo tipo. Passi il giardino che avrei gradito con della erba inglese piuttosto che un prato poco curato e nemmeno rasato alla perfezione. La Titolare sempre gentile e super ma la ragazza che ci ha servito sabato non ci ha messo a proprio agio ....non guardava... spiegava in maniera frettolosa i piatti sembrava stesse a disagio in quel posto ma ha finito per fare stare a disagio noi . Idem il ragazzo che ci apparecchiava non ha detto una parola che sia una ! Non ci hanno portato l'olio come si usa normalmente... Lo abbiamo richiesto ma non ci hanno portato un piattino dove poi intingere il pane ma abbiamo dovuto metterlo direttamente noi sporcando i contenitore del pane , non si fa ! Così come non c'erano i posaposate ma poggiate semplicemente sul tovagliato . Mi dispiace ma in un ristorante come Tamo deve avere l'attenzione al cliente e ai dettagli , si paga giustamente più di altri luoghi ma si viene ripagati dalla location bellissima , dal cibo ricercato e di ottima qualità .....il Servizio e l'attenzione al cliente lo trovo peggiorato negli anni e Spero si Possa risolvere...
