McDonald's Cagliari Aeroporto — Restaurant in Su Masu/Elmas

The manager, Mr Ivo was very, unbelievably rude and unplesent, and to son, me and my family. He yelled at my 4 year old son only becouse he asked about he's happy meal surprise. My and my family went to this Macdonalds becouse my son wanted very much a surprise from the happy meal. He didn't even wanted the meal itself, he was looking for the surprise only. They did not have it but they still sold the meal. My son went to ask for the so expected surprise and this man was horable to him! Made him cry. He capt telling an employee to tell me that the happy meal, if bought separately would be more expensive, witch is besides the point from my point of view. I than asked for my money back and try to return the happy meal and get my money back, but he said he was not gonna do it. This is Friday, July 1,11:30am.i hope this man is never allowed to work...

I had an extremely unpleasant and upsetting experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a wrap without bacon for religious reasons. What I received the first time was literally just a wrap with no filling at all. I returned it, clearly reminding them no bacon.When I got it back, it contained bacon.

This didn’t feel like an accident it felt deliberate and disrespectful. I left feeling unwelcome, and the experience left me questioning whether this was due to prejudice or racism. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any workplace, especially at a global brand...

I believe this is the worst McDonald's in the whole Europe because of the extremely overprices and unpleasant staff. Even if you order for €20 they won't give you a glass of water. As far as I know, all McDonald's in Europe has the option to get free tomato ketchup, salt and pepper but here there is nothing! Also, the quantity of cheese and bacon fries is too small for €6!
