We came as a group of 10 around 6 PM, planning to enjoy seafood. We waited patiently for an hour until the kitchen opened, only to be told after 7 PM that we could order only three types of pasta.

The food was honestly terrible, especially considering this is a restaurant in Sicily, right by the sea, in what should be a prime location. My farfalle with shrimp was nothing more than bow-tie pasta fried in butter with a splash of milk — the only thing missing were cornflakes on top. The spaghetti with vongole was literally just pasta taken straight from the pot, drenched in olive oil, completely unseasoned, and without the slightest hint of seafood flavor.

We would definitely not recommend this restaurant. We were so disappointed since the location was idyllic.... that’s were the good bit ends. We were shocked when our meal arrived as we thought seafood would be a speciality considering it is on the sea shore:- this couldn’t be further from the truth, my mussels were tiny shrivelled affairs lost inside the shells, salty and chewy. My partner had mixed deep fried seafood which seemed to be cooked from frozen as it was tasteless apart from the large quantity of salt which covered everything, including the fries, which were actually inedible.
