If you are looking for a fish restaurant in Umbria because you are tired of lentils, charcuterie and meat, keep looking? Thia place States on their website that all their fish is fresh. Amazing place, perfect for a relaxing lunch/dinner. Fish as good as the one you can find in Sicily (where the owners come from) which is quite surprising given that Umbria has no access to the sea!
