After three years of living in Italy (originally from Florida, US), I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had and right in my local area! In my first six months here, I traveled across Italy, visiting top cities and dining at some of the most well-known restaurants. This gem absolutely ranks at the top of my list. Every dish tonight was creative, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor. The menu is both innovative and rooted in quality a rare combination. Five stars, without hesitation! What a find! Very high quality food, beautifully presented and delicious. The menu is short yet offers plenty of variety.

The amuse bouche was a taste of things to come; a delicious sharing board followed by mains (the braised beef was so tender a knife was unnecessary! ) but sadly no room left for desserts. What was particularly good was the creative use of local ingredients - one of the breads was a good example, being a Neapolitan recipe executed brilliantly.
