we were the first guests and first to order. we ordered two dishes of which the first came very fast and was quite ok but far from amazing. it was nice of them to split the portion into two and serve it in seperate plates. the other part of the order was forgotten until we asked for it again. as it came so did disappointment. the "speciality of the sea" consisted of: cold tuna chunks in dull tomato sauce, two calamari rings filled with unrecognised substance covered by sour potatoes, carpaccio - maybe seabass - quite dry, deep fried squids that were quite nice - yet partially with small bits of stone that were not kind to our teeth, and to make sure that the very nice price worthy wine we had chosen loses its value - an over salted bunch of muscels... we expected an introduction of the various dishes but weren't really informed of what was practically thrown at the table. for a place that puts "specialte del mare" on the front sign of their place for that evening - we experienced quite nothing of it and suspected most of it to have been prepared from frozen rather than fresh product. the fluent Italian speaking tables seemed to have been served more promptly and precisely... the bill came very fast to prove us that they know how to over charge. Teulada has much better options to offer for similiar and better menues! besides the view of a dried river this place had really...
Read moreWe happened upon this pizzeria in the center of Teulada by chance. It felt like there was a lot of improvisation going on. It’s a shame, as the staff were kind and willing, but it’s unacceptable for a restaurant to be out of still water. For the first time, I had a pizza with no crust and raw dough. Unfortunately, there’s really no reason to give a positive review of...
