If you are not a local, I do not recommend it. On Monday evening, I waited for a pizza for over an hour, instead of the 30 minutes agreed upon when ordering. After 40 minutes, I asked when the pizza would be ready, they said that they were making it right now. They "made" it for another half an hour. All the locals who ordered after me, received their pizza earlier. Priority to locals, delivery and those who eat pizza there. I really wanted to try pizza at the pizzeria with the highest rating here, so I waited. It turned out to be in vain. Nothing special. I buy the same exact pizza with tuna and onions frozen at the store near my house.

Zwei Namen sollte man kennen die ein "Da" enthalten : "Da Vinci" aus Anchiano und "Da Manuel" aus Siniscola :-). Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in Sardinien und haben etliche Pizzerien ausprobiert und auch in Deutschland wurde die ein oder andere Pizzeria von uns aufgesucht, aber sowas .... einfach unbeschreiblich. Man betritt die Pizzeria und wird direkt von einem Steinofen und einem netten Personal begrüßt, bestellt und darf dann genießen. Jede Zutat mit bedacht gewählt. Nicht zuviel genau richtig. Der Teig war nicht angebrannt oder versalzen, außen dick und knusprig nach innen dünn und weich aber nicht zu weich so dass es pampig wird. Tomatensoße schmeckt genau abgestimmt. Beilage top Qualität. Sehr zu empfehlen: Pizza Mortadella . Generell gilt weniger ist mehr. Was man wissen sollte : Es handelt sich nicht um ein Restaurant mit Sitzmöglichkeit sondern man bestellt und darf zuhause genießen, parken kann man in der Straße " Via Roma" . Ich hoffe ich konnte durch meinen persönlichen Eindrück Ihre Entscheidung " Wo bestellen wir nun eine Pizza" ein Wenig...

Situata nel cuore del paese, questa pizzeria si distingue per l’atmosfera accogliente e il servizio impeccabile.

La protagonista della serata è stata senza dubbio la pizza. Ho scelto una pizza “croccante” e anche una “Pascal” e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla croccantezza perfetta della base e dalla leggerezza! L’impasto offriva un equilibrio ideale tra croccantezza e morbidezza, con un sapore che evidenziava l’alta qualità degli ingredienti.

Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è stata la cura per i dettagli: la pizza è arrivata al tavolo calda, con una presentazione che invogliava immediatamente all’assaggio. La crosta dorata e fragrante è stata il tocco finale che ha reso questa pizza indimenticabile.

Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, garantendo un servizio rapido e cortese. L'ambiente è familiare,accogliente e moderno perfetto per una cena rilassante con amici o famiglia.

In conclusione, la Pizzeria “da Manuel” è una tappa obbligata per chi si trova in zona e desidera gustare una pizza...
