I just went there this afternoon, the food was just amazing, including the Gelato at the end, looked homemade (not green) Crazy beautiful views of the valley. Food, atmosphere, not surprise really, I understand it's a 5 star albergo (hotel & spa)...

Purtroppo non sono rimasto soddisfatto del ristorante. Si spende tanto (troppo) per quello che offre. Tralasciando l'antipasto (un tagliere di prosciutti e formaggi), il primo piatto l'ho trovato senza un particolare sapore, con pasta insipida, ma non sono rimasto soddisfatto nemmeno dal secondo piatto (tagliata di angus con patate al rosmarino). Anche la selezione dei dolci non mi è piaciuta, specialmente un tipico dolce fatto in casa da loro. Solo il conto è stato molto speciale e salato. Di ristoranti ne ho girati parecchio e sono sempre dell'idea che un ristorante con prezzi molto alti debba avere tutte le portate perfette, altrimenti rimane la sensazione di aver pagato un prezzo troppo alto per una...
