The service started off great, positive vibes and great atmosphere, but everything started to decline afterwards. We placed our orders then afterwards my wife was given the wrong item of the menu, not a big deal, we got the right one in. Then my food arrived, I noticed it needed to be cooked more (way more). Again not a big deal. Then the check came in and we got over priced for multiple things we didn’t order… We went to correct it and we had to go back and forth to have them remove all the items that we didn’t choose. When placing my order for steak, our server said, would you like a salad or potato with your steak, I mentioned potatoes. He failed to mentioned that it’s an extra fee, the steak doesn’t come with potatoes. And on top of that they added another duplicated plate. Con la mia famiglia l’altra sera abbiamo cenato qui… oltre che pizzeria dovrebbe essere anche “ristorante” ma a quanto pare non lo è. Inizialmente abbiamo ordinato 3 Caesar salad e una tagliata di carne, dopo un po’ la cameriera arriva dicendoci che le Caesar salad non si potevano fare perché mancavano gli ingredienti, dunque, ordiniamo 4 tagliate di carne ma dopo nemmeno 5 min arriva di nuovo la cameriera dicendoci che per la carne ci volevano minimo 20 minuti perché si doveva scongelare (almeno a non dirlo), a questo punto ci dice che la cosa più veloce erano gli hamburger oppure di fare una pizza (che non potevamo mangiare e che ci viene offerta più volte come alternativa ad altro), ordiniamo 4 hamburger ma dopo pochissimo ci dice per l’ennesima volta che anche per quelli dovevamo aspettare perché si dovevano scongelare. Conclusione? Magicamente gli ingredienti per la Caesar salad escono e ci dice che l’unica alternativa era quella (mi chiedo da dove sia fuoriuscito improvvisamente il pollo che tra l’altro erano due fettine : 4 (forse è stato scongelato anche quello?)). La cameriera comunque molto genitale ma per il responsabile un minimo di accortezza, che non solo non si è scusato ma ci ha fatto pagare una cifra che non valeva minimamente per ciò che ci è stato offerto (facendoci pagare anche il limoncello). Consiglio di modificare il menù, non è la prima volta che andiamo in questo posto per non mangiare pizza e puntualmente si ripete sempre la stessa scena, dopo questa sicuramente non andremo più.

Se non volete mangiare pizza non andate perché non è un ristorante-pizzeria ma...

We loved everything at Capri Blu, so much so that we had dinner there 3 times in a row during the 3 days we stayed in T.A. The food was excellent, and not just the pizzas, with good wine at a very reasonable price. And a special mention for the staff who were so friendly and welcoming : we won't forget you in a long time. And to finish with the decorations of the restaurant with the beautiful Capri Blu theme on everything, from the walls to the cushions, the plates and glasses. Thank you for a superb experience from...
