Excellent large family run restaurant in the mountainous region above the Amalfi coast, with excellent facilities for all the family to satisfy everyone's needs, with plenty of parking, seating inside and out, gardens commanding spectacular views, a play area for the kids, and peacocks within the spacious grounds. Restaurant serves genuine local dishes found typically in this region, without being pretentious. Food was tasty, portions were good, it wasn't expensive. You won't leave this restaurant disappointed or hungry. The staff were friendly, attentive without being invasive. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. We dined there at lunchtime, for such a large restaurant there weren't too many patrons, so if you find yourself in the area, and want to eat well, support this local restaurant, it is well...

Una perché meno non si può. Mai trattato così da cani in un posto. Avevo ordinato una pizza da asporto, entro e la ragazza al banco/forno mi accoglie tutto sommato bene, quando ad un tratto mentre stavo parlando, da un angolo della sala si sente una sorta di lamento/monito: "11 euro !!!". Della serie buona sera anche a te ! Era un signore piuttosto seduto a un tavolino ai margini della sala, mi ha ricordato Hector Salamanca. Allora desideroso di andarmene tiro fuori la carta, l'avessi mai fatto! "Ma come non c'è li hai 11 euro?" "Il pos non funziona perché... (la frase finisce qui)" nonostante le mie rimostranze ha iniziato a dire "cash ! Contanti, cash cash!" Non so se perché non avesse capito che fossi italiano, o perché gli piacesse dire cash che fa molto anglofono, boh. Ad ogni modo era da chiamare la finanza, perché questo vecchio trucchetto del pos che non funziona mi sa tanto di bugia, ma ha prevalso la voglia di andarmene prima possibile. Alla fine ho usato gli ultimi contanti che avevo pur di togliermi da li anche se mi servivano per altro. Mi saluta con una roba tipo "tante care cose" Sembravo proprio di troppo. Se non volete fare da asporto basta dirlo al telefono subito, non essere così zotici con le persone. Fortuna che qua di pizze buone ce ne sono in abbondanza e nella maggior parte dei posti si viene trattati bene (anche nelle immediate vicinanze dove sono gentilissimi e la pizza è stra buona), qui siamo all'opposto. I absolutely recommend this place! While driving through the mountains from Sorrento to Pompei on the scooter, I got caught in very heavy rain, so I had to stop due to undrivable weather conditions. Owner of this restaurant welcomed me in, although restaurant was still closed. Moreover, he dried my wet clothes and gave his shirt as a present, what a gentleman.. food an surroundings were perfect as well. So there's my story about...
