Belvedere — Restaurant in Trebaseleghe

We stayed for 6 nights in June with a group of Aussies to attend a wedding in this town. Initially we had been booked into another hotel but wished to stay here with friends. This was swiftly arranged to our satisfaction at a moments notice. The family of owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating to all of us while we were there.||||The rooms are clean, and airconditioned, and there is a small lift for large suitcases. Our room looked out over their gardens and beyond that a rural setting. It is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful gardens and an outdoor pergola for summer dining. The restaurant is large and they have a well stocked bar. All food and Pizzas are excellent, and the service friendly and very efficient. There is also another well known local restaurant which the owners drove us to and from as the first few arrivals in our party had no car...! Amazingly good natured service.||||You will need a car to get here, or otherwise be prepared to pay for cabs from Venice Mestre train station ( as we did - approximately 60 Euro but worth it for door to door service). There is a local bus to and from Treviso as well for a shopping trip. It is also worth having a few words of Italian - as little English is spoken here - but that did not diminish our experience here in any way.||||We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone wanting a quiet stay away from big cities.||||P & H...

Esperienza davvero pessima al Ristorante Belvedere. Avevamo prenotato e, nonostante il menù fosse fisso con poche scelte (3 antipasti, 4 primi, 4 secondi e 4 contorni), abbiamo atteso oltre due ore e mezza per ricevere la prima portata. Inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando che eravamo con un bambino di 4 anni.

Non sono bastati i numerosi richiami al personale e persino al titolare: i tempi sono rimasti interminabili e lo stesso disagio era condiviso da tutti i tavoli intorno a noi, che si lamentavano per l’attesa.

Al momento del conto, ci viene presentata una spesa di 164€. Facendo notare con gentilezza il grave disservizio e chiedendo un minimo di sconto, la risposta della cassiera è stata addirittura: “Ma non c’è stato nessun inconveniente, se vuole le faccio160€”. Una mancanza totale di professionalità e rispetto per il cliente.

Un’esperienza da dimenticare: pessima organizzazione, tempi assurdi e zero attenzione al cliente. Sicuramente non torneremo e non lo...

Ho pranzato qui il giorno di Pasqua con la mia famiglia ||Siamo stati molto soddisfatti: non era la prima volta in questo ristorante, c’eravamo già stati molti anni fa per la mia cresima e ci eravamo trovati molto bene ||Ora il locale è stato rinnovato e modernizzato, e la gestione è rimasta la stessa ||Devo dire che questo pranzo ha superato le mie aspettative! Il costo era di 50€ e comprendeva l’aperitivo in giardino con a seguire, in sala, due portate d’apertura di pesce , due primi di pesce , sorbetto artigianale, due secondi di carne , macedonia con gelato artigianale e per finire la Colomba Pasquale della premiata pasticceria Zizzola, con bevande incluse ||Piatti curati nei minimi dettagli, prodotti di ottima qualità , tavole apparecchiate con cura a tema pasquale e personale cordiale e molto organizzato ||Questo è un ristorante adatto a tutti: moltissimi i giovani che nello frequentano , così come le famiglie con bambini e anche anziani ||Ottimo rapporto...
