I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful spot in Treviso, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was a delightful surprise, with each dish offering unique, bold, and striking flavours that truly impressed. I will definitely be back whenever I have the chance.

The atmosphere was not only beautiful but also peaceful and serene, creating a relaxing environment.

The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable, even though I was dining alone. The waitress was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each dish, highlighting the ingredients, though there was room for improvement in her attentiveness.

I also appreciated the open kitchen, which was a joy to watch—there was no chaos, just a calm, professional vibe, and the chefs seemed at ease in their space.

Locale curato, dall’atmosfera sobria con una mise en place essenziale. Il vero punto di forza della serata è stato senza dubbio il personale: attento, professionale e sempre presente senza mai risultare invadente. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con una cura quasi maniacale per ogni dettaglio. Forse le spiegazioni dei piatti sono risultate un po’ prolisse, ma comprensibili vista la complessità e la particolarità delle preparazioni e degli ingredienti utilizzati.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto di provare quattro piatti dello chef, tutti impiattati in maniera impeccabile, con una grande attenzione all’estetica. Tuttavia, ammetto che non tutte le portate mi hanno convinto pienamente: i noodles di riso, ad esempio, presentavano una nota piccante troppo accentuata, che tendeva a coprire gli altri sapori. Il riso saltato era piacevole ma non particolarmente memorabile dal punto di vista gustativo. L’anatra, al contrario, è stata una vera sorpresa: cottura perfetta e accompagnata da una salsa davvero deliziosa che ne esaltava il sapore.

Il conto finale, per quattro portate, tre calici di vino, una bottiglia d’acqua e un caffè, mi è sembrato un po’ troppo elevato.
