Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We came on Sunday at 19.40-19.50 for coffee Your personnel is very rude and arrogant. We were waiting to order and nobody even talked to us, 2 women on bar were just talking to each other while we were waiting. There were 3 women who worked that evening and nobody said even a word. After couple min we understood that a bar was near to close (when we finally asked them if we could order, but they answered in a very rude way).. don’t you have a minimal sense of tact and couldn’t you just be a little polite? It seems that if you chose to buy a 13 euro menu, you're not allowed to share the food with your wife/ husband... You have to order separately for each person each part of the menu separately. This is so stupid in thinking. The girl that served us specifically said that it is not normal to buy this way because it is cheaper for us... What in the world would you care about what happens with the food after it's paid... I saw a great score in the reviews, but we left the restaurant with a "bitter taste " thinking about the fact that money is more important than client...

Premetto che il personale ce la mette tutta, e si vede: sono gentili, disponibili e fanno del loro meglio. Ma proprio per questo mi dispiace dover scrivere una recensione negativa che non è rivolta a loro, bensì a chi gestisce questo posto. È impensabile avere una sola persona al banco e una in sala, soprattutto in orari di punta, con decine di clienti e famiglie (come la mia) in attesa. Le file arrivano fino alla porta, i tavoli sono spesso sporchi perché semplicemente non c’è tempo materiale per pulirli, e gli ordini si accumulano. Con tre bambini piccoli, aspettare così tanto per un servizio base è davvero impossibile. E la domanda è spontanea: perché non assumere più personale? Il posto ha potenziale, c’è movimento, clientela non manca. Ma così, più che una pausa rilassante diventa uno stress inutile. Se continua in questo modo, temo che non ci andrà più nessuno.
