Genueat — Restaurant in Triggiano

My partner and I recently travelled to Puglia and rented an air bnb, we found Genueat online and ordered a box for the week, both lunch and dinner. The food was of the highest quality, freshest ingredients and I lost 2 kilos during the week. I can’t thank enough Nico and Francesco that helped us developing the menu for the week, the poke salads were to die for, each meal was sealed for freshness and lasted very well. We saved money, we didn’t have to go anywhere to look for food and above all we tested the best local ingredients and saved time looking for busy restaurants with very long waiting time. Premettendo che questo è stato il mio primo ordine e che, pertanto, non posso dare una valutazione complessiva rispetto all'intera cucina, devo dirmi abbastanza deluso. Ho ordinato due pokè e, appena ho iniziato a mangiare, ho trovato molto difficile distinguere i sapori che tendendevano facilmente a confondersi. Probabilmente, questo è dovuto alle salse che prevalicavano di molto sugli ingredienti dando al tutto una nota dolciastra. Un'altra precisazione è che, nonostante nel menù fosse riportata la dicitura "tonno scottato", ho ritrovato nel piatto pezzetti di tonno limitati e totalmente cotti. Ho usufruito più volte di Genueat sia per insalate che piatti caldi e in entrambi i casi sono stato molto soddisfatto della qualità e del gusto. I piatti arrivano nei tempi e sono presentati bene.
