Abbiamo effettuato la nostra prima esperienza in Home Restaurant da Amos gustando un menù a base di pesce fatto ad hoc apposta per la serata. Siamo successivamente tornati per una cena speciale a base di tartufo.

Superlativo, due cene di alto livello con piatti realizzati da un giovane Chef che racconta poeticamente ogni singolo ingrediente racchiuso in ogni singola portata. Dallo studio dei particolari, agli abbinamenti eccellenti .. tutto perfettamente perfetto!
