Mi era venuta in mente un'idea per una torta di compleanno per il mio fidanzato e ho iniziato la ricerca di una pasticceria che fosse in grado di realizzarla. Con l'aiuto di mia madre che ha fatto da intermediario per la mia mancanza di tempo, ho constatato che molte pasticcerie della zona non trattano la pasta di zucchero.
