Trattoria Al Contadino — Restaurant in Udine

Ci siamo stati in due occasioni e le vado a descrivere qui:

Aperitivo: Locale caratteristico friulano, lascio le foto per descriverlo. Abbiamo preso solo un aperitivo, due spritz Aperol e due tartine con affettato buonissime (pagato 12 euro). Ci andavano tanti anni fa i miei nonni ed è sempre stato un locale accogliente. Si può anche mangiare, non è solo un bar.

Pranzo: A distanza di tempo ci siamo ritornati per pranzo in tre. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nella sala da pranzo che è divisa dalla zona bar. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dell'atmosfera calda che si respirava (metto foto). Abbiamo preso tutti e tre il famoso toc' in braide friulano che era spettacolare e a seguire una tagliata di angus, pappardelle al cinghiale e tagliolini alla San Daniele tutto veramente succulento e fatto con amore. Da bere due calici di cabernet e un'acqua frizzante. Pagato 100€ ma li meritano tutti. Bravi i due fratelli gestori che continuano l'attività di famiglia. Ci torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo questo locale...

Nice place near centre of Udine where you can eat in peace outside. The choice is not very wide but you can try typical friulan plates like cheeses, pasta and some meat too. Served with good wine and by very sympathic personal. For sure place that's worth...
