Pizzeria Alla Tessitura — Restaurant in Udine

Eat and Vine Restaurant was recommended by our hotel. Going there we passed Pizzeria Alla Tessirura. The look of the Trattoria caught our eyes. We spent couple of weeks in Italy and that night dinner was one of best if not the best during our whole trip. The staff was supper friendly and helpful. Waiters were speaking good English. Menu’s were also available in English. My wife and I had grilled see bases. The fish was perfectly cooked. Great instalata mista and grilled vegetables. Kids had pasta with Gorgonzola and Pomidoro souses. Everything was delicious and not expensive at all. If you want to eat in this restaurant BE VERY CAREFUL with a parking space in front of the restaurant. Last night my two colleagues and me went there to have a dinner around 18:15 and we were inside until 19:30. While we were eating inside some robbers or more of them broke the window on our car and they stole 2 bags with PCs (laptops) and other stuff inside the bags. Police told to us that this is not the first time that robberies are happening on that parking space in front of the restaurant, so be careful if you are coming with...

This restaurant was located 5 minutes walk from our Hotel (Art). We were after 11 hours of driving, very tired and hungry. From the outside the place looked empty, but when we came in we discovered it has an inner garden that was full of people dining (22:00). Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious and fresh, we ordered 2 pizza and one big fresh salad with home white wine that was cold and tasty.
