Ristorante Pizzeria Bar La Rocca was very disappointing. After 40 minutes, our food still hadn't been prepared as the oven was not fired up and lacking firewood. Prior to placing the order, we hadn't been informed about any potential extended delay for the food. we informed the hostess that we only had 2 hours for the entire dinner, as we needed to pack up our room before leaving from our vacation. The staff couldn't provide us with a clear timeframe for our meal. While we waited, a picture fell from the wall and hit my wife on the head. After placing the picture on the floor, the staff apologized, but shortly after, the chef became angry and shouted, "You should leave and go -beep- yourselves." I believe he thought we had torn the picture from the wall. We were forced to leave the premises, as his behavior was both physically and verbally unpleasant. I cannot recommend this place based on our experience. It was a very disappointing encounter with Italian hospitality. I advise others to avoid this place.
EDIT: The owner of the restaurant claims we have never been to the restaurant, which is a lie. We were at the restaurant Saturday, the 5th of August.
